The Perch includes multiple zones (Perch Putt, Sky Bark, sculpture garden, great lawn, Starr Hill Biergarten and amphitheater stage, and three retro buses repurposed as food trucks) and is connected to The Watermark Hotel, while sitting on the roof of Capital One Hall.
