Indoor Golf Venue With Restaurant Scores Capital One Center Location
Five Iron Golf will open a 17,000-sq-ft indoor golf and dining venue at Capital One Center in early 2027, its first Virginia location.
An entertainment company that combines indoor golf simulators with full-service food and drinks is coming to Tysons.
Five Iron Golf anticipates opening its first Virginia location in early 2027 at Capital One Center, where it will occupy approximately 17,000 square feet across two floors of the banking giant's headquarters building at 1675 Capital One Drive.
"As we set out to bring the Five Iron brand to Northern Virginia, Capital One Center was exactly the kind of destination we had in mind for a flagship location — a place to build the brand in this market for the long term," said Evan and Nicole Klatt, managing members of TheOwen Holdings, the franchise group bringing Five Iron Golf to the D.C. area.
