An 18-hole miniature golf course is opening 11 stories high in Tysons atop Capital One Center, which is already home to a beer garden, dog park, amphitheater and sculpture garden. Be one of the first to try to get a hole in one at Perchfest, a two-day event with live music, lawn games, new food trucks (delivered via crane) and a special IPA from Starr Hill Biergarten. Saturday from noon to 11 p.m., Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Free; registration required.
